Alternatively, the sensor-to-plant approach—exemplified by the PlantScreen™ Robotic XYZ system—moves advanced sensor arrays to predefined plant positions at scheduled intervals, making it ideal for fixed or space-constrained installations. PS systems are designed for precise, controlled environments, greenhouses, and customized hydroponic setups, while also being adaptable for field-based applications, enabling flexible and high-throughput phenotyping across a wide range of growing conditions.
